haha so yeh, Ben and I have recently gone up to the mountains this weekend, and it was wonderful, we went to blowing rock and walked through the downtown part of it. Bought some post cards, honey things, and FUDGE! woot fudge! fudge is so amazing! lol

What is Taramasalata???

any guesses?

welll taramasalata is actually a greek-turkish food dish. It’s made from Taramas, roe of the cod and noramally mixed with bread crumbs or mashed potatoes, and lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil. It’s normally a light pinkish color and is usually used as a dip for vegetables.

soo my day was pretty good, I was extremely tired this morning and could barely get up, but i mangaged. I went to school [ bleh] and discovered that in my least favorite class I have a 100% in!  funnny, i wasn’t there for a whole week and didn’t do ANY of the homework! haha so that brightened up my day so then all the other classes then HOME! yay! Babysat my silleh neice and nephew til Benjamin got home and then well…:P

so my life is pretty boring I know. but imma talk about something random every blog soooo…

 Are brown eggs and White eggs different?

NOPE! white eggs come from white chickens and brown eggs come from brown-ish chickens. The reason why we buy white eggs  in food markets is because the chicken breeders mostly breed The White Leghorn, the Rhode Island Red, the New Hampshire, and the Plymouth Rock chickens. [ all of which are white...racist! haha haha anyways PP]
